This development, located just outside of a conservation area in Dingwall City Centre, provides 6 one bed flats for the local housing authority in conjunction with a local developer.
This project had several site constraints as it is surrounded by neighbouring buildings and adjacent to a public car park, the design has been developed to maximise safe usable space around the development through passive surveillance and unimposing design solutions to create a natural public/private designation.
