This project strived to redevelop and enhance a brown field site, creating a scheme which was highly contextual while both responsible and forward thinking.

The proposals were developed following a rigorous design process, with the resultant proposal addressing the challenging constraints of the site in a positive and creative manner, making for a robust and exciting new development. 

The designs incorporate a hotel and self catering accommodation at the former Linton camp and have been developed with multiple strategies to show case an exemplar in sustainable design.
